Raminder started her legal journey with Jaipals when her arguing skills caught the eye of Sh. Jai Pal Singh while arguing a complex customs matter in the Delhi High Court. After two years of working closely with Sh. J P Singh, Raminder currently handles tax as well as non-tax litigation at the High Court and Supreme Court as well as other Tribunals and regulatory forums. In addition to her law practice, Raminder is actively helping get justice for those hailing from the marginalised communities through her NGO, Taking Rights Seriously Foundation.

Priti Agarwal

Priti, hailing from a business family felt compelled to begin her legal journey at a later stage after having years of experience working with victims of domestic violence and the migrant labour through her social activism. Her rich cultural background enables her to establish a great rapport with the clients and opposite counsels alike, and provide her clients a safe and secure environment in their tryst with more complicated and sensitive personal matters. Her son was impressed by her commitment to the cause and decided to follow in her footsteps by becoming an advocate himself.

Rajiv has experienced the joys of working in & learning from varied fields ranging from Banking & Finance, Aviation, Real Estate, Casinos and finally settling in his truly calling, i.e., a career in litigation. In addition to working closely with his father, Sh. Jai Pal Singh, in the matters of GST, Customs & Central Excise in different High Courts and the Supreme Court, he handles the niche area of Private International Law and complex Immigration matters in India as well as overseas. In addition to the law practice, Rajiv helps the economically disabled access justice through the NGO, Taking Rights Seriously Foundation.
